Gentle Yoga and Moving Meditation to Find Your Center

What does it mean to be centered? Being centered is a reference point, a place of balance, of calm and peace. A place to return to when life, thoughts, emotions, situations and circumstances sweep you away.

The practices of yoga and meditation allow us to reconnect to our center, this reference point within.

In this workshop, we will explore how to find your center through yoga and meditation. By slowing down, connecting to your breath and sensing your body through gentle yoga and a moving meditation, you will access the ever present still point within.

The workshop will close with a guided centering meditation lying down in a supported relaxation pose.

Join us for these powerful practices to find your center and experience balance, peace and calm.
